Scope of Services

OasisNewman provides landscaping and exterior design services, including the arrangement of urban gardens, green terraces for office buildings, and automated eco-friendly irrigation systems. All services are provided based on a firm order and an estimate accepted by both parties.

We do not guarantee that an outdoor space will become an "oasis" in an absolute sense, but we are committed to improving its aesthetics and functionality through professional and sustainable solutions. Final results depend on the specific conditions of the site, the initial state of the space, and adherence to maintenance recommendations.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The client is obligated to provide accurate and complete information about the space to be arranged, including any legal or technical restrictions (e.g., height regulations, water access, roof structure).

OasisNewman undertakes to perform the work according to the specifications in the estimate, using quality materials and plants. If certain ornamental plants are not seasonally available, we will propose equivalent alternatives at no additional cost to the client.

Payment is made according to the terms of the contract. In case of late payment, OasisNewman reserves the right to suspend work until the amounts due are paid.

Recommended Ornamental Plants for High Temperatures

In our arrangements, we frequently use species resistant to heat and drought, requiring low maintenance. Three representative examples:

• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) – withstands temperatures up to 40°C, needs direct sunlight and well-drained soil; attracts pollinators.
• Sedum (Sedum spectabile) – a succulent plant that tolerates prolonged drought and poor soils; ideal for green roofs and planters.
• Yucca (Yucca filamentosa) – a perennial shrub with rigid leaves, resistant to scorching heat and wind; suitable for exposed terraces and urban gardens.

Limitation of Liability

OasisNewman is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen external factors, such as extreme weather events, pest infestations, or actions of third parties on the arranged space.

Our liability for any direct loss or damage is limited to the total value of the services provided under the respective order. We assume no liability for indirect losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

The client is responsible for the subsequent maintenance of the green space, according to the instructions provided upon handover. Failure to comply may lead to the deterioration of plants or irrigation systems, and OasisNewman cannot be held liable for such situations.

Termination and Modification of Terms

These terms of use may be modified by OasisNewman at any time, with prior notice of at least 14 days, sent to the email address provided by the client. If the client does not agree with the changes, they may request termination of the contract within 30 days of the notification.

In the event of early termination of the contract due to the client's fault, the client owes the value of the services already provided, as well as a penalty of 20% of the remaining contract value, except in cases of force majeure.

For any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable settlement. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.
